James D. Klingbeil, Jr. (Jim) is ADR's co-founder and principal. He serves on the board of Klingbeil Capital Management Ltd. and has been a managing director of Foxpoint Ltd., an affiliated investment entity, for over 15 years. In his capacity with Foxpoint, Jim has been involved with more than $100 million in transactions involving the development and management of a broad array of real estate projects across the United States. These include multifamily projects, self-storage properties, residential condominiums and land development.
In addition, Jim also leads Khempco Building Supply Group as the CEO and a shareholder. With approximately $70 million in annual revenue, Khempco is a leading supplier of building materials to the residential and commercial construction industries in one of the fastest growing housing markets in the country.
An avid outdoorsman and motorcyclist, Jim is also the co-founder of the Atlas Snow-Shoe Company. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.

James D. Schrim, III (Jim) has more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, contractor and developer. Upon graduating from undergraduate school he started his first company, a small demolition contracting business. Later Jim attended The Georgia Institute of Technology and received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. After three years in Georgia as a project manager building large school projects Jim returned to his home in Columbus, Ohio in 1997. It was then that he began to focus squarely on the real estate industry.
Jim has extensive experience in all phases of real estate development, including property acquisition, rezoning, property management, construction management and asset disposition. Prior to forming ADR and joining Klingbeil Capital Management, Jim was a vice-president and principal with the Wagenbrenner Companies, where he and his partners identified and developed commercial, retail and residential projects. Jim is a member of City of Columbus Developers Council and enjoys working with developers and local governments on local development policies and issues.
Jim is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist.
Andrew P. Wecker, Esq. Counsel

Andrew P. Wecker, Esq. (Andy) has more than eight years of experience in business and real estate transactions ranging up to $85 million. He has closed transactions and exchanges across the country. Prior to joining ADR, Andy was counsel in the commercial division of Title First Agency, Inc., one of the country's largest independent title agencies. As vice president of TFX 1031 Exchange Services, he oversaw all 1031 like-kind exchanges within his agency. He has been a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars on the subject.
Andy sits on the boards of directors for both the Central Ohio and Ohio chapters of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a managing editor of the law journal and wrote and published on limited liability companies.
Audra McIntosh, Director of Marketing

With over 15 years of marketing and sales experience, Audra oversees the strategic marketing and sales at ADR. Her previous work includes marketing in the professional services environment as the marketing director for an accounting firm and business research firm. In addition, she brings a wealth of experience in branding, marketing program development and overall business planning.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University .
Audra has served as an adjunct faculty member in the marketing department at Franklin University since 1998.
Hope Farnell, Investment Sales

Hope Farnell comes to ADR with a breadth of experience in business. Previously with Orion Partners, LTD, Commercial Real Estate, Hope added immediate value to her clients through an ability to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities. Through her creativity and ability to manage multiple requirements, Hope produced clients with business potential in excess of $6 million her first year. Working in office, retail, industrial, leasing and sales, the highlight of her tenure at Orion was the invitation to work as a co-listing agent, along with two of Orion's top producers, on the last permitted major office ( 200,000+ sq. ft.) waterfront development in Marin County .
Prior to the real estate business, Hope owned her own wholesale paper goods company and has a background in online marketing and business development. She is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.
Hope is a California licensed real estate agent and a National Council Member of the World Wildlife Foundation.
Mark M. Mullen, Acquisitions
Mark M. Mullen has been involved in the real estate development and acquisition field since 1993. Prior to joining ADR, Mark was employed with Klingbeil Capital Management, Ltd. in San Francisco, where he handled the acquisition and disposition of medical office properties throughout the western United States. Prior to that, he was employed with Legacy Partners Residential, handling the acquisition and development of multifamily communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Mark is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and a licensed real estate broker.
John H. Callard, Acquisitions
John H. Callard has over 30 years of real estate experience including 22 years with McDonald’s. During that period, he held a variety of positions including leadership of the company’s asset management function, supervision of regional real estate staff throughout the Eastern United States and oversight for development activity in Asian, Latin American and Middle Eastern markets. Following McDonald’s, his responsibilities have included land acquisition for Security Capital Corporation and advisory assignments with select foodservice clientele as a principal in GKC Partners LLC, a company he co-founded.
Mr. Callard is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds an Illinois real estate license.
James D. Klingbeil, Sr. KCM Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
James Klingbeil, Sr. currently serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Klingbeil Capital Management Ltd., a real estate investment, property management and asset management company involved primarily in the multifamily housing industry. KCM currently manages a portfolio of over 30 properties nationwide and represents investments in excess of $703 million. He also serves as chairman of The Klingbeil Company, which has engaged in nearly every aspect of real estate investment, development, construction and management since its formation in 1961. Mr. Klingbeil has been active throughout his career in real estate and business organizations, as well as national and community activities. The bulk of his industry involvement has revolved around the Urban Land Institute (ULI), for which he served as president from 1991-1993. Mr. Klingbeil currently serves as a member of the board of directors and vice chairman of United Dominion Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate development trust.
