What Is A MARC?

A  MARC portfolio (Multi-Asset Real Estate Condominiums) is a bundle of medical and professional office condominiums, or any other combination of condominiums, assembled to create a diversified real estate portfolio.  ADR created the MARC concept to allow mid-sized real estate investors ($500k to $7M) to own and control scalable, diversified real estate portfolios comprised of time tested real estate products, medical and professional condominiums.  In addition, due to recent requests by prospective buyers, ADR is currently working to acquire other types of real estate, such as apartment properties, to add to the MARC inventory pool.
